The Oelschläger Holiday Apartment can be found in the Middle Rhine World Heritage Site, in the town Sankt Goar and its Werlau district at an altitude of approx. 200 meters above the Rhine. The quiet and small destination has about 900 inhabitants and it was first time mentioned in documents as early as in year 992.
Our modern apartment can accommodate 1-4 persons, ideal for a couple. The rooms are German-Scandinavian style and comfortably furnished. Feel like at home. The apartment is in our courtyard and has ist own entrance on the 1st floor. From the balcony you have a beutiful view of Werlau and the center of village, the St. Georg church. Unfortenately the apartment is not barrier-free due to the stairs.
In the rental price are always bed linen, towels and final cleaning included and the apartment can be booked from 2 nights. Stay a week and get one night free of charge.
The owner of apartment lives in the main building next to if you have some questions. Additionally there is on the groundfloor FinnKiosk Shop / Online-shop, which offers Finnish specialities and delicacies for shopping. Your host - Family Oelschläger and our house dog Dalmi welcome You warmly.

January - April 2026 rate 79,00 EUR per night (Arrival Sunday-Thursday), rate 89,00 EUR per night (Arrival Friday - Saturday) and 474,00 EUR per week (one night free of charge)
May - September 2026 rate 89,00 EUR per night (Arrival Sunday-Thursday) rate 99,00 EUR per night (Arrival Friday-Saturday) and 534,00 EUR per week (one night free of charge)
October - December 2026 rate 79,00 EUR per night (Arrival Sunday-Thursday), rate 89,00 EUR per night (Arrival Friday - Saturday) and 474,00 EUR per week (one night free of charge)
The rate includes:
- Accommodation in the apartment for 1-4 persons
- Bed linen, towels and final cleaning

Supplement for a dog 10 EUR per stay.
Minimun stay 2 nights.
Check-in from 4 p.m and check-out before 11 a.m.

Payment terms:
- Deposit of 20% after the booking by bank transfer. With the deposit you confirm your booking
- Final payment of 80 % at least 14 days before arrival
Cancellation conditions:
The cancellation fee is calculated as follows after receipt of your cancellation notice:
- From 29th to 15th day before arrival: 50% of the total price
- From 14th to 1st day before arrival: 80% of the total price
- On the day of arrival or in case of no show: 100% of the total price
